Italian food lovers unite: The San Gennaro Feast returns to the Silverton next week.

The feast is held in honor of the saint, San Gennaro. The festival features a wide variety of ethnic food vendors, live acts hourly on the main stage, amusement rides and game fun for the whole family.

Admission is $9.50 per person, but coupons are available at www.sangennarofeast.com for $5 off admission for two people.

The Silverton is located just off I-15 at Blue Diamond Road. Dates and hours are as follows:

• Wednesday, May 4 – 4 pm to 11 pm
• Thursday, May 5 – 4 pm to 11 pm
• Friday, May 6 – 4 pm to Midnight
• Saturday, May 7 – 11 am to Midnight
• Sunday, May 8 – 11 am to 11 pm

Putter's Gaming Group extends an open invitation to join in the celebration of the 5th Anniversary of their Putter's Bar & Grill Warm Springs location, 7150 South Durango Drive at Warm Springs, on April 3.

From 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., Putter's Bar & Grill will be hosting the Ragin' Cajun Carnival with proceeds benefitting Specialized Alternatives for Families & Youth (SAFY), which aids in the placement of foster youth throughout the state.

In addition to the outdoor and indoor carnival style event, there will be two live bands, family friendly carnival amusements, a dunk tank and a jump house. Cajun specialty foods will be cooking all day, with choices of a New Orleans-style BBQ, Po’ boy shrimp sandwiches, and a crawdad eating contest, the winner of which will receive a special prize.

Miller and Samuel Adams trucks will be on site providing fresh draft beer, and Wirtz Beverage will provide swag giveaways from 2 p.m.
