Metro Police looking for two people who robbed store

Metro Police are looking for two people who robbed a store near Tenaya Way and Warm Springs Road.

According to police, at around 2:00 p.m. Aug. 2, a woman walked into the store took several items and left without paying. When the employee approached the woman, the man she was with pulled out a gun and pointed it at the employee.

The couple then left the scene in a car that police later discovered was stolen.

The woman is described as a white woman between 25 and 35 years old, weighing about 200 pounds. She was wearing an orange sports jersey and dark pants.

The man is a Hispanic man between 25 and 35 years old and bald. He was armed with a handgun.

Police released a picture of the woman from surveillance video. They also released a picture of a person of interest in the robbery. He is not a suspect.

He is described as a white man with dark hair and he is between 25 and 35 years old with tattoos on his right arm.
