LAS VEGAS, Nv -- The Clark County Coroner's office is reporting that the manner of death for a man who stopped breathing while being arrested by police is a homicide.

Dustin Boone died on November 4 after police attempted to subdue him by using a neck restraint.

A social worker call police because Boone was acting erratically and not properly taking his prescribed medication. Police say when they contacted the suspect he resisted arrest and struggled with them. When he stopped breathing, officers called for medical assistance.
